Items brought in through this panel are tagged as imported. At the switch you can remove them here for a fresh start. This changes only the portal's catalog: the live app, Glide and uploaded files are never touched, and an archive copy of the whole catalog is downloaded first.
Swaps the start of every thumbnail, media and audio link that begins with the old address (for example the free r2.dev address) for a new one (your own domain). Links on other hosts, such as Glide's bucket or YouTube, are never touched. The files themselves are not moved: the new address must already serve the same bucket. An archive copy of the whole catalog downloads first.
Tasks and memos are shared with everyone signed in. Any made in this browser before that are still only here. Share them with the team from here (a safety copy stays in this browser).
Background
Text colour, size and weight apply to the whole portal for you (the page heading stays as it is). Panels, cards, fields and buttons take the colours that go with your text colour, and a little more space is given to larger or bolder text.
